When you say "OBC Failures", what exactly does that mean? What are your symptoms? Charging problems are blamed on the OBC more often than not, and 9 times out of 10 it's not an OBC problem. Since 2004, when the grey colored OBC came out, I'd bet I've changed less than 10 of them because they were bad. If these 2007s are experiencing issues, what are the issues you're experiencing?

wont turn on charger or relay inside charger on this particular 07.older carts we have.i had another grey colored one fail (two screw mounting type)recently, seems they are just intermittent, cause i look over the charger real good (test relay ect) and it always points back to OBC..the old white ones i seen fail have burnt witness marks on them:(I thought the general consensous on this site, that your better off going with a modern charger for same price as OBC and new charger doesnt need OBC and is better for your batts?

If it won't turn on the charger then it's probably the OBC. You could switch over to a DPI charger, but first I'd confirm if the DPI was heavy duty enough to charge a battery pack that consists of 8 batteries. The IQ Plus charger is much heavier than the standard PowerDrive charger for this reason.
