For less than 2500 you could dang near rebuild the entire cart complete with controller and new seats.

Dumb luck... just like the last cart I had.

My 95 DS was bartered for.
I swapped an AR15 for it... which I only had about $500 into. Cleaned up the cart, brought the batteries back from the dead, bought a DPI Accusense charger and sold it for $1800.

This cart just happen to pop up on a local ad, so I responded.
The guy called me an hour later (Friday about 8pm) and we made arrangements to swing by the next morning.
Hooked up the trailer Sat morning and ran about 45min away to look at it.
For $200, I was buying it regardless of condition.

Just keep your eyes peeled and you will eventually beat the dealers and cart flippers to the cheap stuff.

Cart #1 was most fun. Old DS gas beater that ran like a bat outta hell. Wish I could remember what wheel/tire combo I put on it. Maybe someone may recognize the rear tires. I think they were 20" on 2:5 offset rims.
Cart #2 was the blue one that I swapped a gun for. Really only sold it for extra Christmas money... and intended to replace it. Bought a lawn tractor instead.
Cart #3... still up in the air what I will do with this. Priority is to strip down to the chassis and put back together with some upgrades and make it right.

Update, I saw your other posts, and see you found David. You are in good hands.

Contact David Hicks, TahoeDawgZ71 that replied to you about CR190 batteries. I have those batteries and they are great.

He is only an hour from you and a great resource for parts, advice and service if ever needed.
