Default 08 yamaha drive noisy rear end

Generally pretty quiet when accellerating, but when you let off of it, the last 15 feet or so when rolling, it has a growling noise from the rear end. Thought I would change the rear end lube today, any other suggestions ?

Thank You

Mine did the exact same thing. This $1.50 part and 1/2 an hour fixed it.

Read “noises fixed”. That should get you going in the right direction. I have not installed that part myself.
