Default 2004 villager 8 pass slow as

I have a 2004 villager 8pass SN M0441-448517. I just bought this car and it seemed fine until I really started messing with it. It is super slow, like 3mph with my family on board. It has new batteries reading 51.1v and fine when load tested. The charge indicated on the dash always stays on and the lights and turns work with the key off and the brake light doesnt work with lights on. I need a wiring diagram to check that stuff. Also what can I do to make this thing drive. Thanks

How fast does it run empty? Wondering if you have a bad speed sensor....

That model uses a micro-switch and a resistor to reduce the speed when in reverse, You can try by-passing it to see if it is defective.

On FNR micro-switch #3, the one furthest from the FNR body, disconnect the Green and the White wires and use a regular automobile blade fuse to jump the two wires together.

If the speed is the same You will need to test the signal from the throttle, do You have a CVP or an MCOR?
