No turn lights at all, and the LED readout on the dash only shows what gear I am in and not the state of charge on the batteries. I am extremely frustrated, but I am not quite sure who to be frustrated with. The dealer explained that they talked to their club car rep and this is the 6th onward HP that they have had that has had the same problem. I want to be frustrated with club car but have zero resources on getting in touch with them to get more answers. My dealer has been overly accommodating but right now I am sitting with a 13k golf cart that runs and operates in the same way that a stock entry level hp would. Anyone have any insight on what the protocols are to do next in contacting someone from club car and getting some real answers?
Perhaps it is time to get an attorney to deal with Club Car....this would
"move" Club Car to address your particular dilemma...for the correct response
to your satisfaction..

Makes me wonder what golf course Club Cart Onwards are experiencing....they
probably are running into the similar issues..

Best wishes..

It's issues such as these that make me VERY glad to have my older (200 DS. They never should've stopped making that model. Newer is not always better, IMO.

Really frustrating spending money for a new cart and having it not perform within two weeks. Thanks.

Ummm...lack of response ...does this indicate a lack of satisfaction from Club Car ?

What's going on with this...?

Does it beep when plugged into with the charger?

We had a brand new one come in with a bad VCM after only 2 days.

Everything is controlled through the VCM on those carts. Dash display, headlights/tailights/turn signals. Basically everything.

For the speed code it is a hassle. Upon getting a new controller or VCM the club car parts department is emailed the new part serial number then they contact the engineering department then its a waiting game until hearing back with the unlock code. Its not as simple as the old ABC unlock codes.
