Default 2015 Club Car stalls under load

I have a 2016 Club car precedent that accelerates on level ground then begins to pulse. On an incline it just stalls. When it stalls the programmer displays 266 Amps on the armature and 18 amps on the field. Using a DC ammeter and DVM I verified that there is 265Amps and only 6 volts on the armature at stall. Also I measured 18 Amps and 33 volts on the field. The motor appears to be in good condition and the commutator and brushes are in like new condition. The controller is a Curtis 1515-5206. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate the feedback. Thanks

Put your voltmeter on the batteries and repeat the test to see how low the battery pack voltage gets when you are going up hill.

It would be great if your meter has a Min/Max function as the battery drop maybe too quick to notice.

You have at least one bad battery but maybe they are all at the end of their life.

You can repeat the test with the meter in each individual battery at the time to see if it is just one battery that cannot handle the current demand.

Thanks for the help Sergio. One battery was dropping to 5.5 v and the others were dropping to 6.8v. They were the original set so I replaced them all and it runs great.
