Default 1976 CC Caroche bogging down

I have a 76 caroche with 5 solenoids between the batteries from front to back. 3 resistor coils are mounted behind the battery boxes center of cart. All solenoids and micro switches are new and check well. Brand new batteries and gauge. Battery cables are clean and in goo shape. Cart ran strong before it went into storage 7 years ago.
The problem I have is that when I drive the cart the battery gauge drops into the red and only goes half speed and has very little torque.
There is no nameplate on the motor so I don't know what tamp rating it has.
Any ideas???

Did you perhaps when switching out the batteries connect the wrong cable for 1/2 speed?

I 99% positive I've got everything connected right, but anything is possible. I was able to work on it a little today I dropped the rear axle to recheck the motor terminals, however the terminal ID's are not stamped in the motor housing and I'm not sure how to identify them. Note: I did notate which wire came off of each terminal. Below will be pics of the motor. If anyone could help me identify A1, A2, F1, and F2 it would be greatly appreciated.

They are on there somewhere. And I cannot tell you by memory which is located where but they will be labeled A1, A2, S1, and S2.

What is the pack voltage?

Are your solenoids clicking in the order they should? All of them?

Yes I know you have new batteries.

That battery gauge is 99% useless.

The batteries are 6 months old. I had a discharge test done and they tested as good as new batteries should.
I have been looking over wiring diagrams and I think I've found the problem. I'll check it out tomorrow and let you know.

The age of the batteries is of no use when troubleshooting the cart. You already said you had new batteries.

What is the pack voltage of the batteries?

I'm also curious as to why you think the motor connections were wrong to start with?
