I’m losing my mind alignment

this seems very simple but i’m lost at this point.
i have a 07 prescident club car and the craziest thing is happening to me.
i noticed the front wheels wearing down pretty quick so i checked the alignment.
it was about 1” toe in at the front of the front wheels (vs the back side).
i adjusted the toe in to 1/8” and drove around.
it drove very odd, like the front wheels are on ice, pulling left or right randomly.
i come back, check the toe in again, now it’s 1” again 😂.
i adjusted it again, drove it, checked alignment and sure enough it’s not where i left it! then alignment does not stay no matter what i do.
something is causing the alignment to go out constantly but i’ve checked all bolts on the front end and they are all tight. nothing seems loose.

Bushings. Probably every one in the front suspension. The front steer geometry of those carts seems to be hell on bushings. Then the tiny distance that the tie rods are off of the kingpin centerline means any play anywhere in that front end is amplified. THey do make kits that include what you'll need.
