I guess you're right about not needing an ON/OFF 48v switch. At this point, I keep overthinking everything.

I'm getting off work early and I'll go check all of my head and tail lights wires and make sure I don't have one of them wired backwards. I'm almost there...

Okay, I know it was probably painful helping me work through this process but last night I finally got ALL lights working with their own switches! I should hopefully be good for now... well, at least until I get more upgrades for Xmas! Haha

Glad everything worked out for you. I just finished the drawing for the electrical wiring I plan to do on my cart.
