Almost any cart shop that sells batteries will come across some functional "take out" batteries. When they sell a set of 6, there may be one or two still functional among the core batteries they take out.

Pretty much any battery distributor sells good/used batteries. We have 2 in town and they both sell them. They are basically take-outs, left overs, or sets that had new batteries mixed in that still had life in them.
