Default dead Club Car DS

Will not charge, run etc. Revolution Golf Carts said try jumping the OBC to see if the charger would click on. That didn't work, however, I tested it on a neighbor's cart and it worked. What should I do next???

Could be there is not enough voltage in the pack for the charger to 'see' the battery when it is plugged in. What is the battery pack voltage now? if it is too low you can try a car charger on pairs, until the pack voltage gets higher.

And won't charge? Is there an inline fuse holder near the charge receptacle?

What year DS?

There should be a big fuse on the back of the charging receptacle. Make sure that is not open.

There may also be a small wire on the charge receptacle with a yellow rubber fuse holder. Check to make sure that fuse is not open. And give the wire on both sides of the yellow rubber fuse holder a tug to make sure they’re still in tact. I’ve had a couple of them that the wire separates from the metal tang that attaches to the fuse itself inside the rubber. With a little tug it pulled right out.

You can see both of the fuses in this picture. Both are also available separately without replacing the entire charging port.
