Ezgo TXT Steering
Question what can be done if steering feels loose? I added a 6in lift and 23in tires and would love to tighten up the steering on this bad boy before dropping in the plum quick motor.

Re: Ezgo TXT Steering
First make sure everything is tight. Without knowing what year yours is I can't get too specific but tie rods, bushings, steering gear itself can all get worn and develop play. Alignment can let it wander a lot too.

Re: Ezgo TXT Steering
Common issues are worn tie rod ends, kingpin bolt or bushings, front end alignment.
Once you change front end geometry as with lift kit. Definetlly realign front end. Just make sure you end up with 1/16-1/8” toe in to keep cart from “wandering” when going straight.👍 |
