Default Carryall powerdrive on board charger problem.

Has anyone worked on these? How do they initiate a new charge cycle? I have one that's not charging. I am getting AC power through the reel. I disconnect the main negative and reconnected and you can hear a click, but not charging. OBC fuse is good. I'm curious as to what begins the charge cycle, as it is usually the connecting to the batteries. Tempted to sell the guy a summit 2 and call it day.
