2003 Club Car 48v intermittent run
Sometimes the cart will move in gear, other times not.
Pack Volts: 49.0 - 8.1 each (6 batteries) Batteries tested good. Cables are clean and tight. Solenoid clicks every time(even when cart doesn't move) and passes pack voltage(49.0V) and holds steady. MCOR was recently replaced. Controller: Alltrax AXE 4855 -steady green light DC motor had continuity between A1/A2 and F1/F2; no continuity from either pole and the motor case. Any help on this would be appreciated. Last edited by Braswell_J; 05-13-2021 at 02:43 PM.. Reason: show voltage of cart |

Re: 2003 Club Car 48v intermittent run
49 pack volts and 8.1 volts per battery indicate nearly dead batteries. They need to have the water level checked and adjusted, then left on charger overnight. Your controller may be cutting out due to under voltage. You may see 6 red blinks on your controller to show this.
Next morning, remove charger and check pack and individual batteries 1 hour after removing the charger. Post results here. |
