Eric Charger on an 02 DS?

Greetings!

I have a 2014 Precedent with the ERIC Charger. I also have a 2002 DS that has no charger. I know in 2014, Club Car removed the onboard CPU, but can I use this charger on the DS?

Here's the serial number on the DS!

As long as you bypass the obc it will work just fine...

To bypass...Run the 10ga negative wire from the back of the charger receptacle directly to pack negative.

2) Disconnect the 6-pin OBC connector and jump the white and Blue wires together on the harness side not the obc side of the connector..

Will the you have to monitor the batteries and disconnect so you do not over charge them if using this charger with the OBC bypassed? I have an 04 CC DS AQ04 first four of the serial #.

You'll need to load the correct charging profile into the charger

No, you won't have to monitor. The Eric is automatic stand-alone. The function of the on board computer in the older models is incorporated in the Eric charger. ( after you do the earlier mentioned by-pass )
