Default 96 48v DS Pot Box to Mcor Conversion

MY 96 48v DS Potentiometer is fried and I have a few questions maybe some of you all can help answer.

How difficult is it to install? If I take it too a shop how many hours of labor am I looking at?

Any links to some install videos?

Thanks

I just had a shop install a "pre-MCOR to MCOR-4" conversion kit on my 97 CC-DS. They charged 2Hr labor that probably included diagnoses time plus install time. PM me for specifics.
