So if you have it wired the same as what's in this thread: https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=152895

You should have approx 5v coming from the controller on post 9.
Then you should be getting a voltage signal out of post 1, which should start around 0.50v and move up to around 4.5v or slightly more as the pedal is pressed further down.

Also as mentioned before, verify the controller is set to Club Car 3 wire Throttle type. If its set to a 0-5k or 5k-0 throttle it will not read properly.

No Luck....What wiring diagram would be best to use on this 1994 DS

V-Glide
New Controller (Navitas 440a )
New Solenoid
New F/R Switch

I don't think any diagram is going to help you since everything has been changed.
What voltage is going into the Vglide, and what's coming out? Does the voltage coming out increase or decrease as you push the pedal down further?

Did you verify that voltage is the same at the controller?
If it's the correct voltage, and it's same at the controller as at the v-glide, then the wiring is wrong at the controller, the controller throttle type is set wrong, or the controller is a dud.
