Default 2016 CC 6X8v conversion to 48v Lithium

I'm going to convert my 2016 Presedent to 48v Lithium
The cart has factory wiring for lights, horn and plug.
I have the blue wire off of batteries 5&6 for 16v going to the reducer that I think is under the dash.
When converting to 48v should I reduce 48 to 16 in the battery bay and connect to the blue wire or do I need to replace the factory reducer and use the blue wire to feed it 48v
Thanks for any help, input or suggested parts!!

Update on this
Getting ready to install the lithium batteries and when I was taking the old batteries out I saw that the Blue wire was connected to battery 1 positive and has 48v to it. So I'm thinking there must be a 48v to 12v reducer somewhere
I took the dash plate off and didn't see any reducer in that area.
I'm thinking that I'll just hook it back to the positive 48v terminal.
There are no other taps other than the negative wire on battery 6
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

That blue wire is the 12 accessory supply. When you reconnect it goes to the output(+12V) of the 48 to 12v converter. And if there is a 16V reducer it needs to be bypassed.

Thanks Walter...
Since there is no tap on battery 5, I don't think there's a 16 to 12 converter
Do you know where the 48 to 12 converter might be on the 2016 CC Presedent with factory lights? didn't see anything under the dash.. I'll look around more once I have the batteries out...

Check under the cart, under dash area.
