no low voltage to solenoid
I have 2000 48v club car ds and not getting low voltage signal to the solenoid. pack voltage is 50.2, solenoid is good and need help

Club Car has used many different configurations. Look through the diagrams in the stickys: https://buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=924
Find the one that matches your cart and start tracing wires. The power path to the 48v+ to the solenoid small terminals goes through the key switch, forward / reverse switch. Also goes through the pedal switch for whichever version of a throttle your cart has. Along the way there are what Club Car calls "sonic welds" - joints where multiple wires come together. Any of those switches or welds are suspect. |
