Default 1992 EZ GO 36 volt wont go

I have an EZ - GO 36 volt electric. Wont move here is where I am. Motor works when 12 volts supplied to correct posts directly on the motor. Solonoid clicks and the pack voltage goes across the solonoid to the Curtis PMC controller when the key is on and the pedal depressed. All new batteries and the pack voltage is 37 volts. The selector switch makes the contact from the main power to the reverse or forward terminal. It has no diode between the small posts on the solonid as I have seen on other carts. I didnt pay a lot of attention to that because the solonoid works and I figured it didnt need it cause it wasnt on the cart. Could this be it? Pedal blue and brown wires go from 5K resistance to almost zero when disconnected and OHM checked. Seems like it should work but doesnt. Is it a controller problem? Does this cart have a tow switch I cant find?

Default Re: 1992 EZ GO 36 volt wont go

Something that my cart did was not make good connection with the forward/reverse switch, mine would not move until I pressed the plunger in on the switch with a screw driver. should be two little switch's on either side of the forward /reverse wheel in front of the batteries, try turning your cart on and press down the switch and pop the gas and see if it move's, if so I would think just adjust the wheel, when you switch from forward/reverse your controller should click, I hope this can help,
