Default Looking for Brake parts, no joy!

1999 EZGO TXT DCS

I am completely rebuilding... I am working on the rear axle and want to replace all the brake parts - I've looked up the OEM parts on several "OEM Sites" and alarmingly little luck. I found the hubs but few of the actual brake parts.

Help Direct me... Is there a site that carries brake parts?

I guess EZGO thinks our brakes don't wear out so they discontinued them all?

I've tried EZGo and Countrycat?

Any help, thanks in advance!

M.

96 and up should work fine. Make sure when you take them off you pay attention to the sizes for front and rear.

Thank you - yes i've gathered 1996 and newer - buggies unlimited are the only place I have found parts or replacement parts and they are sky high and still not a complete set of parts.

Looking for...

1) Both R/L Brake Assembly 72422-G01/2
2) Adjusters 72582-G01/2 (Found one the other is NA?)
3) Brake Drum Assemblies 19786-G1 - found several aftermarket

Where do all of you get your 1996+ brake parts that are not SKY HIGH?

Any reason you need the entire assembly?

I would have no problem using these. Though from China, I have had good luck with them on several rebuilds. Might as well get the drums too.

Full back plate complete.

I have the entire hubs, drums, adjusters, brake shoes, etc. that I just pulled off of my 1996 TXT DCS due to total upgrade. I installed disc brakes. They were working fine when removed I just wanted to make sure that my wife and kids had smooth strong breaking power with the other upgrades. I know that the rubber seals would need to be replaced but all other stuff was in good shape and the pads were only 2 years old with minimal use. I would have the drums turned if you want then to be better.

I'd be happy to send you pictures, etc. if you're interested. I wouldn't ask much and you'd have to cover the shipping.
