Did you follow the install instructions found here on the forum? First time I did one years ago I had a heck of a time getting the screws lined up and started. Found the directions here on a subsequent install and it was smooth sailing. The search feature is your friend. If we are close to each other, I'll gladly give you back what you paid for it.

Also, check If the brake itself is already aligned ( all 3 bolts should go thru the mounting holes easyly ). I've just removed and installed my brake again, with the fine threads it needs a little patience...
