Default Series cart very slow in reverse

Good evening,
I've had a Series TXT cart for years, with an older Alltrax AXE controller, HD FNR and upgraded cables. For several years, I had the controller set to half speed reverse, as it was too fast in reverse. When I noticed it getting slower a couple of years ago, I connected my laptop and turned off the half speed reverse option. It seems to now be getting even slower in reverse. Could it possibly be the old stock motor, or could that be a problem with the controller, or FNR switch? It runs great going Forward. Thanks

Since it runs normally in one direction, but not the other, the problem is most likely the F/R switch.

Swap the high amp cables landed on B and D on the F/R switch. If the cart now runs normally in reverse, but not in forward, replace the F/R switch.

Thanks JohnnieB. I'll try that as soon as I get a chance.
