RXV rear end locked up
One of the batteries in my RXV exploded while driving and now the rear end is locked up. I disengaged the + and - main wires and still locked up in Tow/Maintenance mode. Asking for assistance to disengage the rear end (assuming the motor brake is frozen). Not sure how to correct. TIA. Brian

Re: RXV rear end locked up
There is a technique to disable the brake but I am a Yamaha guy so I don't know how to do that. One way is to remove the brake from the motor. It is designed to "lock up" when power is removed as this is the automatic "Parking brake".

Re: RXV rear end locked up
Brake and controller have to have pack voltage to release brake unless you remove the 3 bolts and just take it off.
