Default engine access panel

Hi, I've been searching e-bay for a couple weeks trying to find a plain ol access cover for my cc, there are literaly 100's of custom alluminum, stainless, polished, ect ect, but not one single factory original, what do people do just throw them away in favor of a custom? Maybe this isn't the proper place to WTB? I sure haven't had any luck finding one.

I have a couple of used ones. I replaced mine with a new factory one because it was a new build. Also if you have a used one, clean it real good and try the Krylon Fusion paint, works pretty good.

Just food for thought!

My cover sustained damage from a fire that erupted below it, a serious melt down. Thanks for the link.

Ok check this out, I got crafty and cut out the worst of the fire damage and patched it with some stainless louver sheared from the side of junked drinking fountain, gave it a quick spray bomb black. No budget have to just keep fixin what I got,

That looks great to me, the louvers will give a way for the flames to vent the next time.
