I've bought 2 sets of those fenders and both times I re-sold them to a member here. I just can't bring myself to putting them on. Some of the trails we ride are pretty tight and I was always worried about breaking one on a tree or rock and leaving holes from where I had to drill to mount them.

Yea. I can see that. Most of my riding will be on muddy right-of-ways. I'm hoping not to experience tearing one off. But I really hate to sling mud and water all over me on a cold Morning hunt. Thanks for the input.

We offer our flares in 2 grades standard and a heavy duty tpo version. I have ran over the HD ones with a forklift and they are unhurt.

Good idea on the gasket material.

These are the ones I put on the rear of my cart:

I am very pleased with them, they are VERY STRONG. I had a mishap offloading my cart from the trailer, slipped off one side because the ramp kicked out, and the weight of the rear of my sparky cart was supported by ONE FLARE for 20 minutes while I rigged up a new ramp to save the cart. I'm sold.
