89 Club Car
Hi, I am new to the forum and just getting into buying a golf cart for my home. I might be able to get a 89 CC fairly cheap that needs some body work and maintanance. My question is are the parts hard to find for this year or any other pitfalls that would come from buying this old a cart. It was running when parked and has been inside heated storage. Just looking for advise on this year and model. Thanks Steve

Re: 89 Club Car
I just bought a 88 CC, and lots of the parts are no longer made so if you can find the parts that your looking for then they charge a fortune for the part

Re: 89 Club Car
Thanks for the advise guys. If I can get this cart for a couple hundred bucks I may do it. It hasn't had a easy life but was running good when parked and was serviced once a year. So parts are available just could be pricey? Can you get mods like lift kits, wheels and light kits for this year? It looks like the bodys stayed pretty much the same for many years. Thanks Again Steve
