Grinding noise from rear
Hello all. I am new to golf carts, I work at a medical clinic in maintenance where we bought an 2010 EZGO Shuttle 6 never used. We noticed a grinding noise at low RPMs. We took it back to the place we bought it they said it was the rear end so they ordered and installed a new one, which was covered under warranty. When I went to pick it up they said the noise is still there and that EZGO said that is normal for the Shuttle 6. What do you guys think?

Re: Grinding noise from rear
I know this is an old post, but I recently bought a used 2009 Shuttle 6 and at slow speed or just starting off I hear the same type of noise. I was told my cart came from a Hilton property lease and it has a customer locked controller with heavy regen. The repair shop felt that the heavy regen was causing the issue.
