Charge the batteries.

Kidding aside, what drive system DCS or Series?
Is cart stock, or upgraded?
What size tires?
When you push cart by hand, do you hear anything dragging? (Brakes - bearings - etc.)

What is the battery pack voltage?

If the solenoid clicks, check the high current circuit.

Here is a schematic of series cart with the high current circuit highlighted

Check battery voltage 12 hours after charge completes.

[quote=drummer;1020918]What should it be
Depends on battery pack design voltage. 48 volt or 36. Six volt batterys have 3 filler caps.
