Update was checking controller at b- and m- had 31.6 before click after click I got 37.8 so was going to check voltage drop as throttle was pressed before I got over half way down wheels started turning . Got it off stands and have been riding for the last 15 min. No problem. So it was either the solenoid or I don't know what but it's running ...all I can do is say thank you guys very much Scottieb for getting me started and johnnieb for finishing. Send me a bill.lol.have a great carting day guys!!!!
