Measure the pack voltage and individual battery voltages about 12 hours after the charger shuts off automatically.
Pack voltage ought to be 38.2V and individual batteries should be 6.37V and all six should be within 0.1V of each other. Then take to cart out for a 5 or more mile drive (no lights or stereo) and measure the distance traveled. (GPS) Wait at least 30 minutes after the cart stops moving and measure the pack voltage as well as the individual battery voltages again. That should point out any major issues with the batteries and tell us how many AH the cart uses per mile. -------- A Curtis 1206MX (PDS) controller is designed for 36V. Battery price vary by location. The trick is to get the highest AH at the best price locally. |
