Where they connect to the diode strips?

I changed out the ring terminals on both transformer leads, and things seem to be working. The terminals were a little oxidized. Will run it a while and see what she does.

I have the exact same charger which was not charging. I followed your advice here and cleaned all the terminals and it works fine now. All the terminals looked clean but I'm glad I followed your advice.

Thanks to all who give advice in this forum for sharing your expertise.
