2003 club car slow forward good backwards
Not sure what is going on just got this cart had no batteries so bought them and goes good in reverse but forward is not so much.. any ideas new to electric cart thing thanks in advance

If its a series cart you have the postive and reverse cables switched on batteries

Start by posting serial number of cart. Under dash by go pedal. Did you give batteries a full charge until charger turned off. Also what batteries did you put in cart?

It's a 36 volt cart. I agree with Mrgolf. Wiring is incorrect somewhere. Post pics of the battery compartment wiring and the back of the F&R switch.

If everything is wired according to chart. It should work just fine. Photos will tell the story.
