48 volt to 12 DC converter
Hey everyone. I have a converter here, simple 4 wire one. Can I hook the hot 48 volt side to the key switch so it only comes on when the cart is powered on? Or should I stay away from doing this?
Thanks everyone! |

Not the best way to go
Key Sw & wire is not made to carry that much current Better to use an interposing relay Key Sw to energize the low current relay, relay contacts send +Batt to the reducer. |

Don't do that. Go from the pack. Read other threads and fuse it as well.
