I would be surprised if anyone's Lead Acid battery pack can hold the voltage with a 400+ amp load.
Unfortunately most folks don't have an ammeter or monitor/log their controllers under load, so it is hard to compare the posted voltage drops since we don't know what the current was at the time of the voltage reading. If the cart rolls freely with the tow/run switch on Tow, I don't understand why the motor would use so much current when cruising on a level surface. Night Life, Did the new controller allowed you to enable the speed sensor without the Motor noises? |

Yes, so far it did. I ran it 15 miles or so yesterday without a hiccup.
Good point on the meter, it's sounding more like everything is normal now. Thanks again for all your help! |
