Unfortunately, it's become very difficult to discern the difference at this point. I know for sure that some vendors sell the knock-offs as if they are OEM. Just because something is priced as if it's OEM doesn't mean that it is.

While I agree with you, I can guarantee you that ours are OEM, as are most other repair items on our site.

Thanks i got it fixed and is running like it should. I discovered the access panel on the back of the cart too late which would have made getting to that top screw much easier!
