99 DS V Glide case LOOSE
Hey y’all
99 DS series cart Had barely any power Found that the v glide unit is loose and when pushing the accelerator, the whole thing moves and the arm doesn’t reach the top. I can’t figure out how it’s supposed to mounted or tightened? Any help!? Please!? Thanks Paul |

Re: 99 DS V Glide case LOOSE
Ok further investigation shows that the mounting screw closer to the inside of the cart, the Phillips head mount, that whole tab is broken off the case. What are my options here?

Re: 99 DS V Glide case LOOSE
You can open the V-glide (MSP) and use an "L" bracket from any hardware store. Use two (2) #8 or #10 machine screws with self locking nuts. Secure it to the V-glide and then back to the frame. Not hard, just tedious....
