So I have a red cable and a black cable that come from the charging port connected to the terminals on the solenoid.

That picture is too small for me to see any wires.
What wires Do you have connected to the big post that has a cable to Controller B+? There are no black wires from the charging port to the Solenoid. |

Thanks all. I moved the negative wire from the charger to the B- post on the controller and it fixed the issue.

Did you Fry your Regen Diode when you hooked the wire from your charging port to the wrong side of the solenoid?
