So I have a red cable and a black cable that come from the charging port connected to the terminals on the solenoid.

That picture is too small for me to see any wires.

What wires Do you have connected to the big post that has a cable to Controller B+?

There are no black wires from the charging port to the Solenoid.

The red wire from the charge port needs to be connected to the battery side of the solenoid. The black wire from the charge port goes to the "B-" post of the controller.

Thanks all. I moved the negative wire from the charger to the B- post on the controller and it fixed the issue.

Did you Fry your Regen Diode when you hooked the wire from your charging port to the wrong side of the solenoid?
