New Batteries
It's been awhile since I went through battery replacement but if I remember correctly doesn't "New" batteries need to be charged several times before seeing their full capacity?

Yes, they go through a bit of a break in period. Just use & charge it as normal an they'll get there.

from 25 to 50. The more you use them, the faster it will happen.... Just do not go below 50% SOC.
