solve issue alltrax controller
i have attached a photo shot of my issue can someone help me with resolving this issue this is on a 2002 ezgo PDS

That looks nasty. What cart is this in and what is the throttle signal set to?
Can you disable the HPD? |

2002 EZGO PDS. Alltrax technical support had me trace back connectsors with meter and all was good. They told me to replace the ITS which I did and still same issue. They had me send back controller twice and they have replaced it thinking it was faulty but i am still having same issue. I was just wondering if someone else had this issue

Check the wires between the ITS and controller for damage.
I had a customer about a month ago that had a txt that would run perfect until it rained or got wet. They had taken it to another shop twice and both times they couldn't find anything. As soon as I raised the seat I could see the problem. Rats or squirrels had made a nest in front of the controller area, and had a ball chewing that gray 4 stand wire! Every time it got damp, it would leak voltage to the throttle wires cause the HPD to shut down the cart. The other guys didn't look to hard. Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk |
