weak brakes
I have a 93 club car... bone stock. Brake shoes was worn so I replaced shoes and drums. I have the brakes adjusted. The adjustment seems correct to me. (I had VWs for years and am familiar with drum brake adjustment)... The pedal feels normal when sitting still and will do fair on level ground, But I can not stop on a steep hill at all. I can practically pick myself off the seat by pressing the pedal so hard, and still can barley get stopped. Whats your opinions? Crappy shoes, stretching cables, bad adjustments? This is the shoes I bought

Re: weak brakes
Those are for one side of the wheel. Where are the ones for the other side, should have a T stamped on them.

Re: weak brakes
That may be my problem. I replaced the shoes a few months ago but my drums were warped. I could not get good brakes so I ordered new shoes and new drums and still the same issue
