2007 elec ezgo just quit
i have a 2007 series ezgo i was riding the other day when it suddenly quit. i towed it home charged it and the batteries test at 6.4. when i press the pedal it has a slight continuous surging like the motor is spinning and trying to pull. any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking the same thing, remove the hub caps and have somebody try to drive it while you look at the axle nuts. If either of the axle nuts is spinning without the wheel turning then that hub is stripped out.

Hubs look fine. I took them apart just to be sure. jacked up the rear of the cart and pressed the pedal, axle is spinning very slowly. ?????

just tested batteries again and the back middle battery reads 10.9 all others read 6.4.

Check all of your cables, make sure they are all good and tight, with no corrosion. 10.4V??? Your a 36V cart correct?

When you are checking your batteries, are they still all connected? Try disconnecting them and get readings of them then. You should not get 10.4V

yes batteries were still connected. just disconnected batteries and each reads 6.4 to 6.5.

Ok, is the solenoid clicking when you try to go forward? Also what is the voltage at the small post of the solenoid on the right, and also the left. We need to make sure we are getting the proper voltage across the posts.
