Default Key Switch Plate

I have a 2004 Series Cart. How do you remove the key switch plate. I have ordered a voltage reducer and I assume that I'm going to need to get this off so that I can wire it to the key switch. Or is there some where under the seat that I can tap in to this switch?

Well if it is still riveted then you will need to drill the rivet heads off.

I wasn't sure if they were rivets or not but there is 2 things that look like rivets on the bottom corners.

It you don't have screws, then it's the factory rivets.

They may be push pins rivits. Just push the center pin through and most of the time you can reuse the rivit.
