Here's a brief video/audio of my ongoing issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

have you tried a new spark plug.

you can try disconnecting air filter hose from carb. and see if its popping back through it.

you can also try unplugging that small wire on the coil.

you can also check valve clearance.

that video is hard for me to tell, its short and I cant tell if its popping through carb or not.

I will pick up a new spark plug tomorrow.

I have noticed a popping sound through the air filter, from the carb. I can actually see the hose move, as the air passes from the carb. Sounds like it exits from the air box.

I did unplug the coil wire, no change.

The cart will run fine for a few minutes, after it sits for several hours.

Thanks for the suggestions. This is really becoming a pain to diagnose....

valve clearance should be .005 intake and exhaust with piston at top dead center.

sometimes when coils are on their way out they will act up when they get hot , I like to use a spark tester connected between the plug wire and plug then when it starts running bad I can see if the spark is intermittent.

A coil may test fine (resistance) when cold, and fail when warm/hot. If you have no spark when the engine quits, test it again or replace the coil, it's cheap enough and that may cure your problem.
