G2 shuttering when moving
Have a G2 36v that started shuttering when moving in fwd or rev. Also feels like it has no power. Just got it, made all new cables for it and installed a new solenoid, batteries are all good, just not sure which direction to go. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance

Re: G2 shuttering when moving
How new are the batteries and what is the voltage of the whole back? And what is the voltage while you are driving?

Batteries are a few years old. They all test good by a hydrometer. It 41 volts resting and drops to 36 when full speed

Re: G2 shuttering when moving
It might be a problem with the motor brushes in that case. Does the solenoid click on and off when it’s stuttering?

Re: G2 shuttering when moving
No it clicks on when it hits the contact like it should and clicks off when you let off. It worked fine before and now it doesn’t work that well at all. Checked and cleaned all contacts.
