Default Suggestions Please - Torque Motor for G19 that doesn't need shock mount relocated

My motor has a bad bearing plus it's looking pretty worn out. I live in a hilly area and regularly haul around 4 adults and 2 kids, have a little passenger trailer as well. I am running stock tires. Probably the biggest tires I would ever get are 20" tires if I even go bigger at all.

I have looked around and it appears every motor that gives you an increase in torque from the motor alone is too big to fit in this cart.

I already have the 400 Amp alltrax controller, I would like to maintain 18 mph with 2 adults up just about any normal roadway hill. I don't care if it goes much faster than 18 mph on the flats either.
