how to adjust the governor

hello all need a little help my dad has a 1997 ez-go 6" lift 25" tires with a 295 engine he top speed is 22 mph how and where do you adjust the governor?

try the ezgo tech link, there is a section in there on governer adjustment

As DIVOT said> and be careful cranking up the speed on a lifted cart. Your center of gravity is much higher and taking turns at speed can make some real fun rides.

You can end up like the Joey Chitwood thrill ride, up on two wheels, or worse, rubber side up and shiny side down.
