Question club car rear brakes??

I was wondering is there any place like a local partaking store that would sell brakes that would also fit my 99 gas c.c.???

After reading a few forums,I see that a ezgos brakes interchange with a club cadet utv... So figures worth a shot... Also can anyone tell me what thickness is supposed to be??notice since I lifted cart takes more to stop it... Which it should with bigger wheels and tires... Just wanting to know if just needs adjusting or new!!!
