Pic #1- Ok guys, got the cart in the air and the wheels off!

Pic #2- Is that cluster of wires supposed to be for the micro switches? If so, does anyone have a diagram of what color goes to what prong?

Pic #3- I jumped the solenoid with a screwdriver and the motor turned over... Unfortunately, the motor turned over backwards?? I'm sure these engines are supposed to run forward...

Pic #4- I have no spark. Is this due to the engine moving backwards when I jumped the solenoid? Or, is it because the plug wire looks like it was peiced together? The plug wouldn't even "click" into the boot to where I could check spark. I had to hold it there with pressure...

If anyone has any info or anything on electrical with this cart, I have my eyes wide open to these questions!!

Here's a couple quick ones:

#2: Here's the wiring diagram: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-c...g-diagram.html

#3: The KF82 motor runs counter-clockwise if you're looking at it from the passenger side of the cart. If that's what it's doing, you're ok.

Thanks guys! So I guess a big block or clone swap is out of the question due to engine rotation?

what year is the cart you have?
no its not impossable can run a jack shaft and mount the engine with the shaft pointed to the drivers side. or swap the rear axle out for an 96 or older rear.or find another brand axle and graft it in the club car.

You can do the big block much easier than I can.
Most big block conversions are counter clockwise and the before '97 Club Car is counter clockwise.
'97 and up got the clockwise rotation.

This is what I was about to say, pre-'97 CCs are more sought after for swaps.
