Default Clutch spring replacements?

Anyone know where I can find springs to fit clutches on an 88? I've shopped around and I can't seems to find someone who offers them for this old of cart. Anyone know the dimensions of the newer springs? Maybe they would work?

Are you looking for stock springs, or something a little heavier for better performance. I'm sure there has to be 2pg owners here that have upgraded there springs.

You can only go so big with the spacer before the spring binds up. Anyone using a stiffer spring in the primary or secondary?

Do not know of a heavy duty spring for your clutch but have heard of the shimming. I would try to stretch the spring out to give it more power when re-install. May work and it seems I heard of a guy doing that on the forum some place. I have the heavy duty spring in my 3pg clutch and it worked great to give me back the power at low end.

Search Shimming ezgo clutch on this site. There has been a discussion about this.
